I love the terran power cmc suite shown in the video. Especially the one from Starcraft 1. The only wierd thing is the shoulders are to wide for a human. Same goes for Starcraft 2.
But Fallout 4 has the more Realistic versjon of this idea.

As for the most powerful suit and warrior, I would guess Space Marines and the Doom Slayer are the strongest and have the toughest armor. And longest combat experience.
