What a moron....the way you do things I meant . Not the fact about your idea :)))
ОтветитьI have a 3.3 ff and I can't find mine
ОтветитьAfter all that modification to the dipstick the aha! moment after completion. The word SAFE on the oil side the letter A for automatic is the minimum level and the top of the oil range is the Maximum for the transmission. No hacksaws, no files, no blood. Thanks for being the Innovator, us laggards can now follow along.
ОтветитьThanks got it done in a jiffy
ОтветитьI can't get the little top off the transmission tube 😓
Ответитьgood
ОтветитьHello sir, I would like to ask you about the electrical wire that is visible from the front clip, for what purpose is it used? Thank you
ОтветитьGood because most of the other videos are for the 3.6liter and they do not say if it applies to the 4.0. I had gone ahead and bought the dip stick. Um the little hole in the frame below the hood is for putting the cap when removed I believe.
ОтветитьDude you got the kind of luck I got. No good deed goes unpunished. Its always something aint it.
ОтветитьIs the transmission made my Mercedes Benz? That's what a mechanic told me once. He said the transmission is sealed and only serviced by the dealership, Dodge. Thanks
ОтветитьThank You
ОтветитьTHANK YOU SO MUCH! I’m a single mother & you’ve helped me so much!
ОтветитьIt's a good idea, but I believe 2 "V" marks with a file would have been safer. And pretty much, You showed the level for the trans oil, would be between the "A" in safe and top line on oil side of level.
ОтветитьEventually I will buy another dipstick and precisely measure the length between the trannny oil cap and bottom of where dipstick touches or bottoms out. Then drill a pin hole across cap housing and dipstick, to permanently kerp it from falling off, aside from the Epoxy glue I will use to afux it on cap.
Ответитьyour really low on oil how you should have shifting problems
ОтветитьI'm somewhat curious about the proper level of transmission fluid. I know dealers check it with their fancy equipment, so in theory it should be at the proper level. But if all these transmissions are the same internally, then I'm thinking after sitting overnight or a few hours, most of the oil will come down into the ol pan, why ca'nt we measure it then, all levels should be about the same, has anyone taken a look at the level, after sitting overnight, and if we fill it to that level, we should be very close to a proper / correct level of transmission level. Right ?
ОтветитьHow many quarts was that?
ОтветитьThanks for the good camera angle view showing the fill hole, i fumbled around 10 minutes worth cussing watching everyone else's videos saying there aint no way its got it one lol
