Idea: a hunger and thirst bar. you'd need to collect the water with a cup but u also need to heat it up to make it drinkable (kill the bacteria). if ur hunger or thirst reaches 0 then u die.

Add hunger, and to replenish it you have to kill animals like cows or pigs, or an alternative, farming. Also add enemies like slimes or giant spiders
