I normal not so keen on hip thrusts and hamstring bridges but I loved the format of this workout. Not so many in one go. Really great thought out session. Loved the finisher. Thanks Caroline

Mind muscle connection loved it. I used a 30kg Kettlebell and Mr Band, and a 15kg Dumbbell for the rest. The burn was good here people.💥🦵🦵
