Killer use for the removed skin is to trim off excess fat, put a finger shaped piece of your favorite sausage on it, wrap it up, pin it with a toothpick, season it on the outside and slap it on the grille (or like me in the NUWAVE oven). Near end of cook (if to your liking) coat with BBQ sauce and cook till tacky. Oooooh Boy! Talk about GOOD!
Also good to just keep skin flat and air fry till crisp. Chicken skin chip!

ОтветитьWas super yummy. Helping control the temperature help Chicken to be perfect. One thing to add --- what I did not think about right away--- If the poultry spice/rub mix has Salt then no need to add to the mix. Thanks.

I hate when I see people pull the skin of the chicken off. It is just a myth that chicken skin is not good for you, eat your chicken skin.
