The first 30 minutes of this course reminds me so much of SICP (though I've read only a few chapters of the book).

Course given by the most reliable resource possible - by the great Martin Odersky himself... - the man who is the originator of the Scala language and its chief designer. It is nowhere mentioned! What a creative and brilliant mind, I love the language.
