I've beaten a guy in a 1v1 today i bloodied his face but he didn't land a single hit on my, my first ever fight in 9 years. I walked away after the fight for a bit then i turned, and low and behold, a 20 man group was marching towards my ass, . I've never thought of running that fast, it's literally the first thing, and thank god i did, only 1 person reached me and he stuck a knuckle up my jow. But yeah i was bent on running not even a hole in my head would've stopped me and thank god again, i met by luck a brave man who saved my ass he kept arguing with them saying how they are pussies for rushing me with such a big ass group. I learned one thing though, never be the last to hit, this guy am talking about was seaking to me trying to buy time for his friends to group up but thank God again and again, the guy pushed me first so i sticked a fist up his face wish gave me the chance to even run, trust your instincts, if you feel he's going to fight be the first to throw hands than run, run as faraway as possible.

I've been to a lot of bars/clubs over a course of years. And although you say you may not ever be looking for a fight ... you got into more "unprovoked " fights in one night than I have EVER.... 2-3 in one night? Id say you are maybe putting yourself in these situations ... maybe obnoxious behavior or something lol

well i got in a similar situation with a friend. it was 2v7 and one of them had a knife... now me and my friend we are boxers we could`ve handled the situation but we decided to get away because of the knife. we didnt want to risk it so we got away(we are romanians btw)

Bad tip bro, looking to intentionally KO someone you ran the risk of him hitting the ground cold and die, then you got yourself 20 years for murder.
You dont win street fights by KOing people, you win by avoiding as much as possible conflict.
Last resort is fighting, and most fight can be ended by a straight or jab to the nose , make him bleed , and 80% of the time they will cry and walk away. Unless if they are amateur boxers (proffesional fighters rarely look for fights, they know whats good) or some people with street fight experience, then you got yourself a real fight.

im doing martial arts for self defence, i have already gotten into a few street figths for some unknown reasons
so im walking back home from the busstop i got dropped off on, i start walking home and abotu halfway home i see some drunk people stumble out a bar shouting aggressively, idk what happened but i somehow already knew what to do before watching this, i tried talking with them but when people are shouting at you like "JADFSEJIOAJEFIW" (they legit sounded like this) its very hard to understand them
so his 2 buddies try to get to my side but i just kept backing away until the main boss of the group starts getting closer and as soon as he pretends to be peaceful i strike him so unbelieveably hard that i thougth i broke his jaw, now hes laying there unconciously and i just book it into the woods near a playground thats near my house, i know the area very well and im also very good at climbing
so what do i do? i climb up a tree, wait there for his buddies to arrieve and i just jump down on them knocking both of them out

so yeah, thats one way to get rid of them

Learning that hitting first is legal in self defense changed my outlook on defense. Theres a guy at the bar whos always jealous of me and tries to fight me cause hes always coked up and drunk and always targets me cause im the irish guy in the small canadian town. He punched me once simply cause i tried to be cool and collected and not put my hands out my pockets, it didnt hurt but throughout the whole interaction i did get the shakiness in the legs and i ALWAYS knew he was gonna hit me but I was scared cause i thought if i throw the first punch even if he was gonna try mess me up, i'd be at fault, so now you've absolutely hit the nail on the head with the whole hands in the air keeping an eye out and then striking first if hes the one getting close. i hate getting into fights and make friends with everyone but this is a rare situation i keep getting into with this guy. I know I can absolutely deck him but every time the time comes around I keep worrying about being the one throwing first and being punished. i was in a similar situation but they were 5 vs 1 i was the 1 i beat up 2 but and thene while i elbowed the third and then on of the other 2 held me and one hit me until i fainted i was 14 and used to play mauythai but still 5v1 is realy unrealistic

i just used alot of strength potions and totems of undying, they didnt have prot 4 netherite armor either and i did so easy.

I usually don't back out of fights, once it happens I either lose or win whatever. However there was once this situation where me and my friend would be in a 2v10 fight, 3 of those guys were at least 100kg each. So one of them came up to our table (we were in a shopping mall eating out, however we were kinda far from other people and it was a night time), and he asks us for some money. Once I turned around to see how many people he has behind him, I obliged. He then keeps asking for more and more money. At the end he got around $10 (not a lot, but back then we didn't have much money, so we were pissed), and then I was like "We're done eating let's go" and luckily we managed to get out without a fight. That dude tho, he was threatening us that he's the "leader" of their group and that if we don't give him something, they'd beat us up. Yeah so this was the only time I "chickened out", but the moment I turned around to see 9 more people ready to all jump us- I didn't see any other way lol
