My friend just tried to tell me shifting was disassociation and it’s not good. I’ve been feeling super severed from shifting, like I’m genuinely worried I’m developing psychosis. Can anyone help me believe in myself again?
I feel so disgusted because I’m doing this and she’s telling me what she was like when she was little because she’s worried I’m insane. She means well, but idk I’m worried.
I believe shifting is real, but my belief has been injured, I’m just trying to get it back.
We talked about it and she won’t talk with me about it again like that, so we’re chill now, I think she’s good? Idk.

I dont believe In Shifting Anymore. Guys, think, why do you believe In shifting?? I’ve heard repeatedly that Many People cant be wrong, But Think About all The cults, people tricking others for Money, Etc In The world. Think About all Of the people In The past who Believed In Mythology who were wrong. What about other forms of spirituality, Astral projection, higher selves, ‘third eye’ they all have the same forms of evidence and they cant all be right.

But they can all be wrong.

Infinite Universes also Means Unicorns are literally real…€+] how ridiculous is that…? And also means theres a universe where Morals are Flipped upside down and where Its Litwra Literally OK to do horrible things…

Also, When I was a shifter, I experienced Extremely strong dissasociation and It was some of the worst periods In My Life. Feeling attached from reality is Not healthy.

Think, Reality Shifting Was An Idea tat that was Made In 2020 when everybody was isolated and wanted to leave. HeoH How did someone figure Out About Shifting first?? If You say It comes from Ancient religions, they cant all be right so youre still not really choosing which one to believe evidence from and you probably dont believe all ancient religions so that argument Is Just Picking those who support what you already think…
