I did a google search for pressure point for nausea and found this. Im fighting off some kind of stomach bug. This really helpped!! Ive had mild nausea all day and now its gone, but not only that, I feel great! Now I just need to find a pressure point for the sinuses and for headaches because that is where the virus is attacking me. Its noght time, I did not know this would give me energy but I dont care, I feel much better.

Im suffering frim adrenal fatigue 23 years now, so i thought ill have it a go.
My digestion has several issues like excessive heat from the liver traveling to stomach and intestines, according to my acupuncturist... resulting in stomach problems and leaky gut, low bloodsugar, ...
Problem is, i did this when i'm sick at the moment, clockwise and now my digestion is burning even more instead of purging the heat ...what do i do ? 🙏🏻

Hi - I worked in Singapore back in 2005 and would go for Chinese massage every Sunday. It was a young guy with very strong hands and he would concentrate at this point on my legs as I was working long hours in a shipyard. His pressure was what is sometimes called "exquisite pain".
I miss those days - no Chinese massage near me in Scotland.
