there's a switch in my lube
Ответить굉장히 궁금했던 것이었는데 정말 좋은 영상!!
Ответитьyou remind me do much of tenhundred
ОтветитьAh yes, using shitty lynx switches to do testing that violates the keyboard version of the Geneva Protocol.
Ответитьu forgot to plug it in and test if they work
ОтветитьWanna know the worst way to lube a switch? Only fill the peg hole in the base of the switch and nothing else. You get a nice pop and inconsistent feeling because the air pockets that'll be in the stem!
ОтветитьName of the keycaps please?
Ответитьfor one specific key, i sit between "a little bit more lubed" and "over-lubed"
Ответитьmaking custom keyboard is something that you can't explaining to your parents.
ОтветитьI prefer the middle
ОтветитьMy head was in the wrong place after you filled the last one full of lube. I thought you said, "testes and see nut" instead of "test these and see not"
ОтветитьIncredibly informative learning how much lube to put on atm
ОтветитьThe most over lubed one got too excited...
ОтветитьDid I overlubed my Otemu red switches?
2 small drops for the housing sides and brushed the contact springs ( didn't lubed the button )
2 small drops for the spring's ends
2 small drops for the stem sides and evenly brushed other sides ( you could see the oily lube like switch 3 : medium ) + 1 very small drop for the stem leg
2 small drops for inside the upper clear plastic body ( you could feel that the clear plastic is not clear anymore but not able to see the white lube )
It feels kinda heaver and buttery but I can't hear a tactile or spring noise from the switches. Was my first time and afraid to overlubed it already it took 2 days to lube the leys.
My soul hurts
ОтветитьThe thumbnail lube:💀
Ответитьin Brazil we see it and say: “lá ele” or “there he”
ОтветитьLike
Ответитьwait that looks like angstrom dignitas cube lube
Ответитьi dont know why but in my brain like * this is my kingdom come *
ОтветитьWhy the thumbnail looking so wrong 💀
ОтветитьLooks like baby batter man wtf
ОтветитьTHANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO. I'm working on building my first custom keyboard and I was always confused by how much was "too much." This finally answered that question hhaha
Ответитьit's gonna cum clean after this one because of how much its gushing out.
Ответить#4 is the best :D
Ответитьcum
Ответитьbro came on them
ОтветитьI think a big issue with "overlubing" is that it will attract grit and grime if it starts seeping out. But I did hear the squishy sound as well, but that will probably go away over time and was apparently only audible without the keycap on. Also the sound might not be uniform across all keys if you don't lube them all the same. I feel with speed switches they shouldn't be lubed. But thats just my preference.
ОтветитьI just added keycap damper O-rings to my keyboard. it was a pita. going through and taking out every switch, opening it up and very carefully lubing several parts of the switch? lol heck no. yall are crazy.
ОтветитьOh my gosh, the just..... Crunch of the flooded switch.
I just lubed my current main keyboard(Gateron Milky yellows) and did that third switches amount. Not a light amount, but not too much. Just a nice reflective sheen, but no notable whiteness from too much lube being present, and it feels like a dream.
I really appreciate this video's results as it tells me I have the exact right amount for my keybaord, but have always wondered what it would be "too" generous.
10/10
An Overlubed switch will sound like it farted when pressed just like the video intro.
*Borrow your RoomMates Mechanical Keyboard and over lube all the switches*
Overlubed sounds best
Ответитьname of the keyboard?
ОтветитьCurious what is the keyboard you ended up making or getting?
ОтветитьThat K key got a cool-down rate!
ОтветитьCould you test the one with WAY too much lube and a much stronger spring? Just wondering what it would sound like!
Ответитьif its your hobby im ok with it if its not whyy this is so dumb
Ответитьi like keeping my switches between medium and heavly lubed
ОтветитьGotta weigh that lube on a milligram scale for optimal customization
Ответитьi think the middle one is really good sounding
ОтветитьNoooo not the leaf 😱
ОтветитьThe "splick" noise the extreme switch makes is hilarious and horrifying. I can't imagine the amount of lubricant it would take to do that to a 62 key board.
Ответитьdude lube is expensive bro it was so painful to watch omg
Ответитьlube is expensive…
ОтветитьOver Lubed is my fav its sounds rlly nice and it has that wood sound kind of great vid!
ОтветитьPOV: All your switches after NNN
Ответитьmechanical keyboard owners when their keys arent obnoxiously loud and " tactile "
ОтветитьWhat accent is that? Very nice to hear
ОтветитьLUUUUUUUUUUUBE
