My dream trip is to go to Japan. My wife and 3 kids are obsessed with pokemon and Hello Kitty, too. We would need 2 bags each to bring souvenirs homes

Japan is not the only Country where Fax machines are common…. In germany here we sometimes still need them as well to communicate with the goverment or healthcare. By the goverment it still valid for secret communication.

I was there last year and as an european guy it was overwhelming. Thx for vloging this because no one wanted to believe me how big and mentally overloading this was.

Ofc it is more expensive in Japan they have taxes, USA dont, thats why hospital cost your life. USA is a very good country to live in if you are healthy, but as soon you get sick it is game over.

No joke, I spent 2 10hs days in Akihabara, and 1 of those full days were just in Yodobashi.... Also spent 8hs in Bic Camera in Osaka 😂

I live around 30 minutes from Akihabara and go to Yodoshi Camera all the time. Did not know about the batting cage up top. I will check that out. Had lunch there on the 9th floor, recall that it was under $15, which is a fair price, and decent quality food. For electronic good however, there are cheaper places. Personally I like exploring that area on the other side of the JR station and a few blocks down. Much better prices for M.2 SSDs, USBs, and misc items as keyboards, etc.

Not far from Yodobashi, like less than a 20 minute walk is an indoor sauna (called onsen) that is nice to go to. Recall it's around $20, and they have free alcohol. Relaxing time there.

Customer services like the 24/7 pickup counter and extremely fast home delivery is also something people overlook about Yodobashi Akiba.

Yeah I don't know about buying fukubukuro \ luckybags at a tech store .... I did so a few times a clothes stores where most of the inventory seemed to be at least close to my taste as well as some anime figure stores but tech .... high chance its something you don't need or can't even use.

two more month and I will finally be back in Japan again and this time I will stay for at least 2 years :)

Kinda sad (as much as I like it that so many people love Japan) that there are waaaaaaay to many foreigners (including me soon) as you can feel that its overcrowded so badly.
When I was in Japan for the first time in 2012 it was still "okay" but already full, since then it got more and more every year and now its like 3 or 4 times the amount from back then ;(

Ken , next time you go to Japan , do a video about Hardoff the 2nd hand shop. They sell new and used electronics, dads, Lazer disk, models, anime ect
