Follow me as I explore Virginia City, Nevada.

This old mining town was established in 1859.

It is set on a hilltop and if you are interested in history, trains, pretty views, and mining, it is a great place to visit. It is only a 35 minute drive from Reno.

Another fun activity to do here is to get an old time picture where you get to dress up in costume and select the background you would like such as a bar scene or a bathtub.

You can take a train ride and watch a Western show as well.
