Which Call of Duty Games are DEAD in 2023 ??

I have been MIA for the past few months and I want to note this video was made back in July right before the servers got “fixed” for some of the older titles on Xbox 360. You can find matches for MW3 , BO1 and a few of the others now from what I heard but player counts are still limited ! Will be doing a zombies video for all the cod games next discussing which games still have players on them for that, stay tuned !

Bo3 is sadly dead cause it got ruined by cheaters that seriously fuck up the devices you play on including consoles. Pc is the most vunerable, long story short cheaters are literally all over the lobbies and they steal ur ip address and even perform ddos attack and steal ur network info not to mention can infect your game. Its basically not safe unless its in offline mode

Cod2 and 3 were good for their time ,cod 2 was your more classic cod but I think you couldn't make a class everything was preset same with cod3, cod3 had vehicles like tanks jeeps and motorcycles made the gameplay fun

Cod4 on Xbox 360 is not dead.

I clicked on this video specifically because I played advanced warfare this morning and got a game within five minutes at 7 AM 🤣🤣

Sorry to burst your bubble bud but me and 4 friends play Cod4 the original version every night and always get lobbies, granted it's only team death match and it's usually a lot of the same names but it has a solid community on Xbox and i'd encourage people to play, we also play cod3 and it's a lot harder to find games but If you start one after a while that lobby will fill up :)

If they were to remaster another CoD storyline, B-Ops is one that would be awesome to see them do.

I feel like COD Ghosts has it's own dedicated fan base and only those people really play

Vanguard was so bad it didn’t just die within a month it killed warzone too. I didn’t max out a single gun, tried to play it again literally today but it was so not fun.

Original COD4 on PC still has packed servers, plenty of unmodded ones too.

I play the original black ops with my son all the time. Black ops was the best COD game ever made. I haven’t bought a cod game in over 10 years. MW3 was awful, so I never bought another one. Activision has absolutely ruined it, Microsoft made it worse. Look at Bethesda and starfield. Bill Gates ruins everything he touches. They should’ve let Elon buy it instead 😂

I played cod 2 in its prime on pc it was my second cod I played the first which was all campaign but multiplayer on cod 2 was amazing.

Bo3 was still really full until about 2 years ago. Once again it’s the hacks that ruined it so sad these older titles just get no support whatsoever

The remastered version of CoD 4 is still very much alive and active for anyone wondering. You can only find TDM though, but still active. So if you wanna play CoD 4 then you gotta play the remastered version.

Mw2 pc has dedigamer. Dedicated server/host from Australia no iw4x required. The hosting/server method was developed by 1 individual was copied by activision for all the new cods. You should look into it…. Maybe make another video on it

October 2013-October 2019 COD was dead. You can call that the dark age of COD. MW2019 is the all time BEST COD ever.

Honestly mw remastered is an improvement from cod4. It added new guns and stuff so didn’t get as repetitive and gold camo grind for all guns. Cod4 only had gold for the ak if I remember correctly. Besides it is the best microtransaction we’ve had on cod imo because all you had to do was just grind and that way you got depo credits that u use to get micro transactions. It looks better aswell and feels like the original in terms of gameplay.

On zombies on bo3 pc it’s still filled with people, almost everyone actually knows what they’re doing too.

How does BO1 have 100,000 online players in 2024?

WW2 Still goes hard every day

I get into hella lobbies in Bo4, WW2, and cold war then again im on PlayStation. I honestly like cold war a lot the maps are definitely fun.

Haven’t played a call of duty game in years and I must say, modern warfare 2 is super easy to get kills and level up compared to games of the past.

OG MW3 felt like OG MW2, and now the new MW3 feels like an expansion of MW22. Crazy how history repeats itself.

Cod 3 was amazing. Super barebones but it was super cool to play against other people. Awkward controls but a very good game

a lot of this video is just plain incorrect. the original modern warfare still has anywhere from 3-500 players active on servers you can join and play with real people. the original WaW has even more players than that, and people still regularly play on the same servers. mw2 is also not dead, even on the pc dedicated servers you can still find (mostly if not only) tdm matches that are completely full. if you really want to go back and play the original call of duty’s, the steam versions are still pretty active. sure, it isn’t a lot of players, but it’s definitely more than enough to have a good time with or play with friends.

I own every console cod except waw final fronts for the ps2 and the new mw3. Finest hour and big red one are sadly not backwards compatible with Xbox One and up, but they are compatible with the 360

I've actually started playing the mp for these games and for the most part they're great. Mainly played on PS3/PS5. MW3 was decent but MW2 seemed more alive. Surprisingly Ghosts was active on PS3 but AW's dead or at least I wasn't able to find any matches lol. Haven't tried BO3 yet but IW's is 50/50 on whether or not I'll get a match but MWR was awesome. WW2's was alive and somewhat fun. Can't say anything about BO4 but MW's was okay same with MWII but CW I legit couldn't find a match like AW. Haven't tried Vanguard either but I'm not gonna be surprised if its dead. Here's hoping we get some more remasters of the older games in the future.
