So why tf aren’t any of the people’s immune systems making antibodies to whatever kind of infection it is, which is what would actually happen? That shit has never made sense to me. I guess because, science fiction, and this isn’t real life lol. Also, a fetus gets all of its antibodies directly from the mother, so shouldn’t all fetuses be born immune?

One thing I never understood about the walking dead is, if everyone is carrying the virus & when they die they become a zombie, how does the bite from one make them immediately become a Zombie, because they're already infected technically, so how does that work?

Honestly i think the entire Messiah plot line is kind of ass. Laurent is supposed to be the future leader of the world but really hes a little bitch who hasnt done shit and barely knows how the world works. There wouldn't be a point of a cure or immunity. Maybe making a bite, not a death sentence anymore? But most of the time, if a character is bit, there are usually more around to rip them apart.
The cure or immunity would stop bites from being an instant death and reanimation, but other than that, it's pointless because it doesn't get rid of walkers in general.

Okay so for the longest time I thought I watched this one walking dead episode as a kid but after watching half of the walking dead series (I don't have time for TV shows so I never finished) I know it's probably not TWD so I remember a scene where a bitten woman gives birth and dies and the baby comes out as a zombie so they have to kill the newborn. The setting was an ambulance on a bridge 🌉 could some horror/zombie fans please point me in the right direction to re watching it?

How come if she got bit how come the baby is alive and healthy but not a zombie I don't get it cause you can see how when she was giving birth she became one but how ,the baby was still attached to her????
