Excellent video. As a Catholic Christian, I can confirm that these things are not foreign to those in the Church. That's why it's good to have an organization that approves reliable Bible translations. For example, the Jerusalem Bible. I have a Protestant Bible at home, and I can say that it does have the errors you mention in the video, as well as additions. The Church's role in preserving the truth is important, unlike Protestants who have translations of translations.

And for people who repeatedly use the translator and give a different word, obviously scholars have sophisticated methods when it comes to translations. An online translator is nothing like the work of a true specialist.

Translations of the Bible are done from the oldest posible available text. They are not largely translations of its contemporary texts.

Looking at people instead of the Lord is not the way to look at the Bible.

People are imperfect, God is perfect.

6' 9' is tall, but it's not tall enough to frighten an entire army filled with battle-tested warriors... To the point where not even 1 (besides a boy) would seize the opportunity to take him down.
Tyson Fury is 6' 9" (Boxer)
Stefan Struve is 7'0" (UFC)

The KJV is the only Bible which has 7^7 words, this proves God has preserved his word in the KJV!

This also shows the Masoretic and Textus Receptus are the correct manuscripts of the Bible.

Anonymous authorship wasn’t uncommon in the first century. A piece of writing being internally anonymous doesn’t mean that the author was unknown. Caesar wrote anonymously in his work on the Gaelic wars. However there is unanimous agreement in early church history about the identity of the four authors no other names were associated with them. Meaning extremely early on every major Christian group across 3 different continents agreed on the names. This doesn’t seem likely unless they were the authors

this is why its always important to question your church or faith. i think God would appreciate if you question what was taught to us when we were young. to poke it and make sure that even with the ugly truths about your church or faith, would you still believe God or Allah or Yahweh or Jehova. search it yourself, dont just swallow what your church leaders is telling you. read the bible or quran, search its history yes including the violent and cruel history of your church. then ask yourself, if after knowing all that about your church you still believe in your church teachings and in the end would you still believe in God.

Ignorance or ....? You do know that Hebrews read and wrote, well Hebrew. The old testament, the Torah, Hebrew written thousands of years ago can still be read today so you have a direct 1 to 1 translation, as a reference. As well every Jewish boy has to learn lessons and READ from the Torah at his confirmation, Bar Mitzva, so yes the apostles were literate .

👑✝Repent - change of your ways and go to God✝👑

(John 3:16): "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life"

[Revelation 7:9-10]: "After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”"

🙏♥(2 John 1:3),(Matthew 6:14-15),(Luke 7:47),(Revelation 1:7)♥🙏 Amen✝👑

Questioning who wrote the gospels is just wrong. Other sources of the time attributed the writings specifically to mathew mark luke and john. Not to mention other obvious things like the fact we dont question the authors of every document just because their name isnt written down (for example plato didnt always sign his works)

1 Corinthians 2:1-16

Imagine: non spiritual man trying to understand the mind of the infinite God and concluding that God makes mistakes; or that God is not able to keep His Word perfectly intact!

1 Corinthians 2:16
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Psalm 119:89
For ever, O Lord , thy word is settled in heaven.

Psalm 12:6-7
The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O Lord , thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Greek was the lingua franca of the levant at that time, it's most likely that Jesus Christ would have spoken Koine Greek at the time. Especially if he was a tradesman, being a carpenter and all, and the fact that some of his disciples were Greeks themselves. It was the common language, if you were Roman, Levantine, some other tribe, you would have communicated in Greek.

Do you know about the words in the Bible that have changed and change the meanings? The Lord’s Prayer has changed. MY Bible used to say trespass NOW it says debts and debtors. The presbyterian church used those words when I went there as a visitor about 60 yrs ago. All the churches I go to or visit continue with trespass but my Bibles have all changed even my 1898 one. Another word changed was belongings to “stuff”. I can’t think of the others right now. But again the Lord’s Prayer was changed from ON Earth to IN Earth.

It is true that Jesus likely spoke Aramaic, meaning the quotes of him are, at best, a translation of what he said into ancient Greek. But do point out that Mark and Matthew do quote Jesus in Aramaic in the Passion scene: Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani!? (My God, why have you forsaken me?!). There are a handful of other Aramaic terms transliterated in the Greek.

Most modern translations straight out lie, have many contradictions, and are missing crucial peices.

There is a lot of evidence out there that KJV is not a mere translation.

Everybody will tell you that the holy Quran hasn't changed since birth but no one will tell you why !
It is because it is. Originated and present not only in a single language but only in a single dialect (quraysh)
And the biggest reason is there are 150K + muslims who have by hearted it fully

On the topic of anonimity of the gospel writers, Levi was a tax collector so he would have been at least moderately intelligent. He would of had to keep log books to note who had paid. Greek was the primary language of the time, even more prevalent than Latin. Jesus grew up in a town a short distance from a primarily Greek populated city, it can be assumed He would have spoken Greek. Mark was an alleged scribe to Peter, if they wanted to they could have attributed the Gospel account to Peter, it makes more sense to do so as he was a direct apostle and there would have been more acknowledgement from such a well known individual. Luke was a Greek physician, so he would be intelligent, would have spoken Greek, and most likely could read and write in Greek. He gathered sources from eyewitness'. John is said to have lived the longest and is the latest of the writers, He would of had plenty of time to learn how to learn Greek if he did not already, and read/write. An interesting note is the church fathers are seen having debates of who wrote their account first, yet none deny who actually wrote them. They attribute Matthew (Levi) to Matthew, Mark to Mark, Luke to Luke, and John to John with Ignatius of Antioch being a church father who was a direct disciple of John. If I were going to start a religion, I would exclusively attribute any works to the most prominent figure in my religion, yet we do not see this within Christianity.

The ESV is not a translation of an older English translation. You are being misleading. They are translating from the original texts of which we have way more now and can then assign a little more reliability to these more modern translations as opposed to the older. Why are you saying something that is not true?
