It's really simple. The only person in charge of putting on her seatbelt was Diana. She didn't put it on. They only sabotaged her one belt?? She was running away, full of adrenaline and not thinking clearly. She forgot her seatbelt. She hit her head in the accident, she was gone shortly thereafter. The delay in the ambulance getting to her likely didn't make much difference. We still can't do much for head injuries we can only treat what happens after. But her head injury was no longer compatible with life. She didn't make it to the hospital and even if she had, those 20 minutes couldn't have resulted in anything much. It isn't like she lost too much blood. It's a brain injury. Even if she had survived, she'd have been remarkably changed and not lived 5 more years.
