Thought I just saw an SSG hoodie! So awesome
ОтветитьI 100% agree and some of my best content that I create is when I’m doing it for myself with no pressure
Ответитьgreat video. I love to see how you made the video you talked about in this video. Thanks!
ОтветитьDoes is count if Storyblocks pays you for this video? (but regardless love you content)
ОтветитьAm from Nigeria..Love your content..Pls make a Udemy course
ОтветитьInteresting. Shooting for free is important, and you are free to practice, but sometimes I agree to make commercial thing for the first time. Way more cheaper, but still I know someone expects the result. It motivates to deliver. And sometimes (almost all the time) clients do not see the can is different ;)
ОтветитьI'm a chef with 30 years of cooking experience, but zero experience in being a cameraman or editor. I would love any advice you have if you wanted to audit me!
ОтветитьCan you teach us how to color grade, I don’t understand the process of it. And adding luts
ОтветитьYou got the right mindset, which will place you in the legendary category as suppose to mediocre🔥🙏🏽🔥
ОтветитьHave been a huge fan of yours. Insane creativity, take love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
ОтветитьTotally agree! Well said
ОтветитьLOVE the creativity as always, thanks for sharing.
Ответитьwow
ОтветитьI always shoot Travel Stuff...now I want to try Product Videography like you!!
ОтветитьTotally agreed man but there's a big difference between doing something for free for your own benefit like practicing, learning and portfolio work, and doing free work for people who approached you to work for "exposure". My opinion, if you're going to make a practice video, use a brand so that you can sell it to them, pitch it to them, or demo it, if it works out in the end. But I feel like you should never ever ever make a free video for a client because "we cannot afford you but we love your work and want you to make a video for us" (unless you can can benefit from it with free merch or free ads on their platforms etc, but then technically you are being compensated for your work). Great video like always!
ОтветитьGreat work mate and a great reminder to boot! Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThis has been something that I've struggled with alot in the past and honestly the angle you've com at it in this video has been something that I'd never thought of before.. This video has been a joy to watch and thank you for sharing 👊💯
ОтветитьHow do you hold cans while having them on a turn table in the air?
ОтветитьLet’s all congratulate Daniel for not creating a studio setup with the cookie cutter orange light on the left and blue light on the right with some random tube lights laying around like they fell from the ceiling.
Ответитьyou are inspirational ♥ Love from BD
ОтветитьDaniel, you're simply dope playa'! 👊🏽
ОтветитьI just still wonder, even if you put up a bunch of personal projects, as you call them "spec work", on your platforms to show what you can do, then what? I mean how do you get in contact with some brand's marketing companies to show them what you can do to possibly get them to hire you for a job? We cant just rely on the algorithm to drive companies to our platforms to discover us.
How do you go about finding clients and starting that process of conversation to get paid to do a job??
Been here for years, thank you for all you do for us creatives that are trying to learn!!
ОтветитьNext Level Spec Commercial you have here.
ОтветитьHi! How do I register as an author on storyblocks ? I have a large portfolio on other video stocks, but it does not allow me to register here...
Ответитьsay, can you green mask the cans and replace them in post?
ОтветитьBro thank you so much for your vids. You are an inspiration to me
ОтветитьCan’t believe I’m just now finding this channel 😭 been watching his videos for the past 2 days

ОтветитьSpec work… I never thought of that before. Should’ve been obvious to me but Wow! For some reason I keep thinking the only things I need to have in my portfolio are videos I’ve made solely for clients. Thank you for sharing this! I’ll make a huge difference for me.
