Made in Abyss season 1 was super awesome, but I found the story of season 2 very lackluster. I found the story very bland.

To all people who ever want to watch Made in Abyss, PLEASE don't make the mistake. This is the watch order: Season 1 > Movie > Season 2

Also, steel your heart, find a quiet place to watch and immerse yourself. You will definitely be shaken to your core.

I envy the person I was before watching made in abyss, and yet I don't ever wish to give up the experience of it. A true wonder of a story beyond human imagination.

Soon as I heard the beginning of 5, I recognized the anime.

I can't believe that made in abyss is #1...I've been watching it, currently in the 2nd season. I've yet to understand how some of the over the top abuse and sexual depictions can be overlooked.

I tend to come back to this video every other month just to listen to how perfectly Gigguk talks about Made in Abyss. Masterpiece is more than fitting

I need to watch season 2 now for real, the moment I saw the visuals I know so well as still panels and heard the music I started bawling, my bunnies looked at me like they weren't sure whether they should call 911 for themselves or for me

Edgerunners really came out of nowhere, at least for me.

The reason I like Edgerunners, so so so much, is because of one simple thing, It didn't feel like watching an anime.
You remember that feeling as a kid when having watched a ghibli movie for the first time, Not knowing there are more of that sort, that those cartoons origin from Japan, where they are called anime.

As someone who watched anime for several years now I come to appriciate shows that don't go with the typical anime. Shows that aren't predictable. moments that feel orginal. Moments that aren't solely here to prove that this is "anime". Moments that make you feel like you're actually watching a story because of the story aspect, without the need of throwing in typical anime tropes.

This is a show I know I can recommend people that don't like Anime, bacause I know that this show just tells a story, which people will appriciate, wether it actually is an anime or not dosen't even Matter bacause of how good it is.

F yeah. Bocchi the Rock was just fabulous. I freaking loved this Show, didn't expect myself to but I sure did. Also, the music, the characters, the animation. Just beautiful. Highly recommend anyone who has any interest in music to check this one out.

I honestly don't unserstand the hype about Love is war. To be completely honest the romance aspect was the thing I was least interested in.
I watched a lot of romance anime that did a way better job in terms of... well romance. I watched a lot of comedy anime that made me laugh more. I watched a lot more Slice of life anime that were just fun to watch or had a more meaningful message to tell.

So what's left? The only reason I actually Like this show is because of Chika and Ishigami.

But hey to each their own.

Made in abyss is truly a masterpiece but also horrifying and some scenes just make me sick. And yet I can't look away. Not because of shock but because it's just... It makes me feel something. It was better said in the video. I truly hope that when the manga finishes and a new season (or movie) comes out it's gona be just as or even more amazing then the previous ones.

(Hopefully the creator doesn't get too carried away with gross stuff...)
