Hi does your gold leaf ever stick to parts of the canvas surface that you don't want it to? Not bc the glue was messy, just sticks to the acrylic on the canvas . If so how do you get it off of the canvas without ruining the camvas or the acrylic painting ?

Nikki - this is a beautiful piece of artwork, I'm thoroughly impressed. I have a quick question, after you applied the old leaf and brushed off the remnants, what did you apply with the palette knife? Paint or did you just scrape off some gold leaf? I can't tell..but I thought I saw a plate/tray of dark paint - just to be sure, please advise. Thanks.

Love ur painting....But Plz make the camera angle from above or any other angle ,rather than side angle of the camera, so that we can have a better view /visibility of Ur painting...

Inspired, I am working on my first abstract painting on 24x36" canvas.... day #4, re-did it already several times. Not as easy as it looks like, one need to have a talent.... which I don;t have, but I am determined to get to the result I am happy with.
