ABC Fake News. Who cares what this feminine news anchor thinks.
ОтветитьIn the world of panic attacks I'm what's known as a carrier. 😀
ОтветитьProps to you buddy because you handled that very well, all things considered. I’m in sales and my job is always customer facing, jobs interviews are intense for my industry and these things happen to the best of us. He even found a good stopping point. I am sorry this happened to you on live television. This can scar you for a while too.
ОтветитьPoor guy. 😢❤
ОтветитьWhat???
ОтветитьZoloft and Xanax - serotonin management.
ОтветитьSeattle, white lady, laughing at him right people are disgusting on this planet
ОтветитьThat was not a panic attack. What a drama queen.
ОтветитьIt's not embarrassing... u handled like a champ
ОтветитьRespect to you men.
ОтветитьSo it's not obvious to others what he's really going through. Unless you have that feeling regularly, you'll never know why people with PD have the lowest quality of life...especially because some people with PD experience it several times an hour indefinitely for decades. People with clinical PD can have up to 10,000 panic attacks or more in their lifetime. That is not something people can understand. Most people who only see this from the outside will never get it. The humiliation, the despair, the turmoil, the anger...a feeling truly worse than death...that no one else can understand or go through except maybe once or twice in a whole lifetime. Some men who undergo PD sometimes feel like cutting their endowments off because of how horrible their condition makes them feel...like less of a man...but that usually happens with people who get thousands of these attacks.
ОтветитьPanic attacks suck . I've had 3-4 in my life and just over the past year I've developed a fear of flying, fear of driving (more so being a passenger or being in heavy fast traffic) i was even nervous on the elevator. I'm going to therapy and I'm on medications but anxiety is trying to ruin my life. It sucks.....!
ОтветитьIt's ok to have a panic attack, you don't need to be a superman.
ОтветитьThat was a panic attack? I get panic attacks that are far worse than this.
ОтветитьHe handled it great, luckily it seemed to be a brief panic attack. I went through a stage of having horrific panic attacks a while ago fortunately they stopped happening, mine would last hours, the longest i had lasted several days. I wouldn't wish panic attacks on my worst enemy they are hell on earth, when I was having one I couldn't decide whether I was scared of dying or if I just actually wanted to hurry up and die to stop the terrifying panic feeling.
ОтветитьThe last few years i've had the worst social anxiety panic attacks ever. My face goes all strange, red hot flushes etc etc. I swear i've never seen anyone have it as bad as me which makes me feel even worse.
Ответитьi just remember myself having a panic attack. i dont remember the reason or my surroundings. i only remember myself gasping for breath and feeling helpless. it's the worst feeling
ОтветитьEvery time I've had a panic attack..it was around a bunch of other people...definitely doesn't help. He handled it well
ОтветитьYou handled that so well, and panic attacks are so common, and you can do nothing to stop it at that moment, but do your best to acknowledge what is happening and just let it pass. Thank you so much for normalizing this issue, and for also normalizing the fact that many people self-medicate, which causes even more problems. <3
ОтветитьMine is not as bad. I close my eyes, go to my happy place and focus on breathing, and in 30 seconds i’m back!
ОтветитьI hope that every teen who sees this message will not go throu a major panic attack like I had during my business presentation without a script. It was so bad, I just couldn’t breathe and my heart was beating so fast I actually thought I was gonna get a stroke. After the presentation, I sobbed for 15 minutes straight and nothing could cheer me up from all that trauma.
ОтветитьI had a panic attack once and it was the single most horrific thing I've ever experienced..
ОтветитьThank you Dan Harris. I this helps me immensely.
Ответитьthis got my mind off an anxiety attack lol
ОтветитьHe honestly didn't seem that flustered, many new anchors mispronounce words and lose their place reading all the time. I know that he says he was having a panic attack and I beleive him but saying he handled it well. I have frequent panic attacks, usually in social or work settings, and I feel like I'm having a heart attak, can't breathe may collapse at any second and is ultra scary because you lose control of your body and just want to get out of there!
ОтветитьDidnt seem that bad.
ОтветитьWish my panic attacks only lasted that long 😂
ОтветитьPoor guy. I can practically hear the racing thoughts in his head. This is awful.
ОтветитьWhat they say about statins today..?!
ОтветитьUgh I know this feeling too well. The racing or irregular heartbeat, the anxiety, thinking your gonna die, or that you can’t breathe.. it sucks. I’ve been through it at work, at concerts, usually areas when there is a lot going on. We can beat it , though. God is there. He’s real and he’s good. We don’t ever have to fear or worry.
ОтветитьAka “the yips”
ОтветитьMan I can feel his pain especially when he was reading and trying to pull through then just stops.
ОтветитьI've had off and on anxiety attacks over the years but last year I had my first panic attack while taking a shower and that was one of the scariest things I ever encountered. I really thought I was going to die and people may find this funny but there is nothing funny about it and everything about that attack felt very real. Seek help if you need it.
ОтветитьI think he handled that like a champ. Panic attacks are the worst. They are also nothing to be embarrassed about.
ОтветитьFeel for him. That's rough to lose control like that. On the plus side an anxiety attack can be the best lesson in empathy a person could possibly learn. And in certain instances, keep them safe. But overall it's overkill and unhelpful, I'm sure. But always a lesson.
ОтветитьIt's hard to say the crap and lies ABC expects you to say daily.
ОтветитьOh my God I totally relate...when he got breathless and everything. Wow. I hate it. :( my heart goes out to all of you who suffer from this. Big hugs.
ОтветитьIf dr oz could not focus, how is it he managed to qualify in medicine. That requires massive memory and concentration ability.
ОтветитьI feel so sorry for him god bless him, I had a panic attack before.. God bless him I Wish him full love and happiness.
ОтветитьPeople really don't know anything about panic attack. When I have a panic attack, If there is anyone near to me they are only saying "What is It's happening". And they keep asking it and never stop, how can I answer it? İt just makes me mad, they can't really just can't say any other thing.
ОтветитьWoah i didnt know tf2 weapons were real
ОтветитьIt was hardly even noticeable
ОтветитьIt’s just makes me feel like I can’t go anywhere
ОтветитьA genuine panic attack feels like you're losing your mind and dying at the same time. It's terrifying.
Ответитьi live on a farm, a horrible storm went through, it knocked down one of my quail cages where I had a batch that I helped, named, so every storm I have a severe panic attack, my cat, my button quail inside, always comfort me, the quail have no idea, but my cat cuddles up against me and calms me down
ОтветитьWow if that is him when he is in the middle of a panic attack , he must be quite an exceptionsl human being because when it has happened to me totally out of the blue in the STREET it is utterly overwhelming GRIEF struggling to breath and uncontrollable crying
ОтветитьI experienced this many times, not fun especially when trying to impress employers and clients.
ОтветитьAbsolutely nothing to be embarrassed about and he handled it beautifully.
ОтветитьBro you can’t be serious this is the most professional panic attack I’ve seen . I honestly think noone would even know. I’d be on the floor gasping for air crying
Ответить
