ОтветитьI’m so excited for you! I had #5 9 months ago!! I have kids all the same ages as yours! Our #5 was not planned. I already had a prolapse after #4. But with PT I have become totally asymptomatic!!! 🎉🎉 Our 5th baby has been such an incredible blessing and a JOY to everyone in our family and couldn’t imagine life without her

ОтветитьCongratulations!! I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with baby #2! I have been following your prenatal plan since week 8 and it has been Amazing!! After my first baby in January 2023 I did your 12 week post partum plan (2x) and then your 10 week plan! I truly believe those plans prepared my body for pregnancy again, and I feel so much stronger now than I did my first pregnancy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your God given gift with the world!! I know I have already been extremely blessed by you!!!
