After many tutorials on Pixel art, I came across this one, and there really isn't anyone explaining it in the way you are, it's quite refreshing and easy (imo) to understand. Are there more videos like these in your channel that explain pixel art furthermore?( I ask because this channel seems to have variety of diff videos) I will def look more in depth, thank you.

I know this tutorial is for Photoshop, but I do my Pixel art on Adobe Illustrator. If you create a 1600px by 1600px document. Use the "Rectangular Grid Tool" and click once and make the size the same pixels as the document. And in horizontal and vertical dividers, do 1 less than the amount of pixels you want. For example if you want a 32 pixel by 32 pixel artwork, then put 31, for 64 you put 63.

Then you can just use the live paint bucket tool and fill in colors pixel by pixel.

So I know that the 300DPI means its good for printing but how would this work for the scaling? if the document is always based off the pixel then should we be using vector brushes if available? Also this video is awesome, I never realized how easy pixel art was and I was hesitant to try it but now I have a lot more confidence.

I have an issue when I resize one of the layers to make them bigger or smaller and the layer becomes blurred even though I have the Interpolation set to Hard Edges. Please help!

hi i tried this on my Ps, it worked I'm happy about it, thanks for the wonderful tutorial, but i have a problem, after i tried doing pixel art in my Ps, every time i tried to edit some photos in my Ps it all look like pixelated, even when i tried to add some text in my Ps it went blurr and when i zoom in it's all pixelated, huhu i really need help, I'm anxious rn😢
