It works. However, you might not want to wear to bed if you are trying to improve sleep. Read up on recommendations on how to improve sleep. If you are anxious about sleep then this will only make it worse. I stopped wearing and my sleep has improved immensely.

Where can I get the Gucci one?

I would not recommend Oura ring. After using Oura ring for more than 2 years I don’t think that this device is good value for your money. The battery lifespan is ~ 1 year, after my first ring battery died and after innumerable emails with Oura poor customer support team I got a replacement. ~1 year later the same problem happened and they do not provide any guarantee for it. If you consider the total cost and the membership on top you can get much better metrics and insights from many latest generation devices in the market and with better accuracy

I love my Oura ring too! So much comfortable than smart watches/bands. Plus it tackles a more hollistic and wellness approach compared to other smart devices, specifically the Apple watch which is better for activity. Hope you get protection for your ring from OSleeve too, to take care of your investment.

Oura support has improved over the last year but is still pretty bad. My ring accuracy still lacks My wife's ring version 3 is a little over a year old and no longer holds a charge it goes from 100% at 9:00 p.m. in the evening to 0 by morning. Supports advice was to buy another ring we're going to wait for Samsung's product to come out and or go back to whoop for much better data.

I just ordered a ring, mostly because wearing an Apple Watch at night is very uncomfortable for me.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company has NO customer service, they lie and they charge you when they promise they won't! I wore this ring ever day and night for years, and yes I got some good data, but it was NOT worth it. I was told I'd be added to their "FREE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP" if I upgraded though there wasn't anything wrong with my current ring. So I was bullied into shelling out another $250-300 just so I could avoid the subscription. THEN they decided 6 months later they suddenly needed payment information. When I refused (because I'm on a FREE lifetime membership, right?), they cut me off from my data. So I bent over and gave them my payment info. I was PROMISED I would not be charged. Well, now I have charges from Oura on my credit card. They lie, they cheat, and they over-promise and under-deliver. Their customer service is atrocious; they give you scripted responses that do not address your questions in the slightest. They said the new ring would offer all of these additional benefits...well the ring still thinks I'm sleeping when I'm not, it doesn't register my workouts during the day (so much for the daytime heart rate tracking...) and I was part of the period-tracking trial HAHAHAAAA it's so bad. My Apple health app totally blows Oura's period tracking out of the water. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. There are too many other good alternatives. Most without subscriptions.

FYI to anyone trying to get around the monthly subscription fee and saw that the Gucci version has no monthly subscription. I checked out the price for the Gucci version, it costs around $450 more than the normal ring. So the premium amount you pay for the Gucci version would pay for a subscription for 6 years , I wouldn’t really advise spending that much more upfront JUST to avoid the subscription because honestly after 6 years because that’s a looong time.

I recently bought this and when compared to much cheaper wearables it’s one of the least accurate. It’s also difficult to get the fit right because they don’t have half sizes, and fingers change thickness regularly throughout the day, and if it’s a little loose it just won’t get readings. Actual scientific reviews of the oura show is as less accurate than Apple Watch by a large margin, and even things like Fitbit watches tend to be more accurate sleep trackers. I’m actually boxing my stealth gen 3 horizon to send back, and was looking for unboxing vids to make sure I didn’t miss anything for my refund.

Bought one for my wife and shes been loving the insight shes been able to get from it.
