ОтветитьI know a lot of people who jump rope love to do progressions/trick combos, and it's cool if they do. But normal two foot single unders have always served me well.
I'll do 2-3 min rounds with 30-60 sec rests for 30 min five days per week, and it gets the job done for me. Hands down my favorite type of cardio, and it's a nice compliment to lifting.
I can do the weight shifting but i cant time the rope and it keeps hitting my head.

Not there yet but this is the most helpful video ive found. It would be useful to see a slow mo of your foot work and how the rope goes under you.

ОтветитьIt’s not this complicated. You can’t do it because you don’t have the muscle memory yet. Just keep jumping and muscle memory will make it so that you can do the skip. Watching tutorials won’t help.
