That's very misleading and big claim.

In the US, DHL is garbage at cargo ops. They're extremely slow to load and unload, their paperwork is always wrong and/or late, hour-long delays are common. This is their reputation nationwide, pilots openly hate DHL.

I expected a documentary, but this is a long-form ad.

The title of this video is a little ironic as the German airports have been the main reason of our delays in 2022 summer. Now I can’t speak for Leipzig as I’ve never flown there but man Munich and Frankfurt were both nightmares. Even a 60 ton load that should be a quick turnaround would become a surprise minimum rest layover lol. That’s the price to pay when you fire half of your handling personnel during covid and fail to replace them when business starts to boom again.

The vid's title question is a little bit comic! WELT Documentary should prove first that Germany's logistics is good and then ask why it is so good.
