Y'all are some humorous fellas and can laugh about serious things and that is resilience. I hope I don't exaggerate your reality but sometimes I feel more than I understand yet know it is genuine in spirit and comes from the soul borne from our experience... the word FINE means everything but fine, it seems to me fine is just keeping my head above water... I could be wrong, but those that are loving and living their best life aren't just fine or okay- they actually let you in and know what is going on. It is okay to not be okay, but what isn't okay is you not talking about it and pretending like everything is okay. I am convinced a lot of suicidal actions could be prevented if people don't isolate themselves. They're is always someone who understands or wants to understand and help, and that is love and empathy in action...
