Is viking's disease limited to the hand, or is Plantar Fasciitis the same? Thanks for the wonderful video.
ОтветитьWhy do you stretch it if it has tears??
I heard to pull your foot back towards the heal and stretch the front chin muscle is better??
I read a comment from someone about massaging your leg calfs and I tried it, it really helps
ОтветитьHas anyone tried the Shockwave therapy?
ОтветитьI am from Pakistan.😊
Thank you Bob and Brad
I have seen many of your videos and you explain things very nicely.
I am also suffering from planter fasciitis,so I will follow what you just showed.
Thank you very much
Everyone pls visit Dr Eric Bergs special stretch and theory. You have got to be careful doing that first stretch. Dr B has you stretch the opposite direction.

ОтветитьI have just discovered this video and have noted a great improvement after only three rounds of exercises. Because of the structure of the leg itself, the exercise that stretches both the hamstring and the calf muscle is the most important of the set and i found that it was a game changer for me.
Until today and before fhis video, i noticed that i kept flexing the calf muscle for some time but it always tightened up, and the pain returned every 20 minutes or so. That is because there is a set of ligaments that connect the hamstrings to the calf muscle. Therefore, if the hamstings are tight, the ligaments will pull the calf muscle and that in turn will pull the Achilles tendon and then the plantar fascia, creating pain and those micro tears they talk about at the beginning of the video. However, after the full leg stretches things inproved considerably for me and the pain disappears for tens of minutes or even hours at a time. I can once again spring out of bed immediately and go do things without worrying about that excruciating pain that characterizes plantar fasciitis.
The other exercises such as the alphabet are crucial because they support the very complex set of ligaments and small muscles surrounding the fascia. The massage of the plantar fascia is semi important and can be done otherwise by rolling your foot on a ball ***SITTING DOWN** and not necessarily by using your hands
I hope this comment helps whoever is in pain. These exercises are key. Ice, needles, medication can help so much... they treat fhe effect but not the cause. Exercises treat the cause and are the answer to fasciitis.
Getting older is not fun
I revisited this video to comment. I keep a Gua Sha stone by my night table to massage out my foot before getting out of bed in the morning.
ОтветитьThank you so much sir pain relief hua is exercise se ❤👌
ОтветитьExcellent! Thank you!
ОтветитьMy planter faciatis has been going on for 3 months and now my hip is really bothering me!
ОтветитьWhat if we have flat foot and PF ?
ОтветитьThanks for this. I tried the toe bending stretch (the first exercise you showed), but I don't feel a stretch in the fascia. I think maybe it's because my big toe doesn't have enough mobility (it only bends back to about a 45 degree angle. Is there something else I should do to get the stretch? Thanks.
ОтветитьGreat video. These tips can be extremely beneficial.
ОтветитьSuper, I really do find the squidgy spongy trainers and shoes are horrendous for causing this,,,, and bad knees and hips… I have to have more earthy flater shoe soles..
ОтветитьGo to a Nucca Chiropractor for relief!
ОтветитьU should absolutely NOT stretch your plantar fascia or your calves if you are having a flare of fasciitis
ОтветитьWhat is the pain is in the back of your heel
ОтветитьAs a former professional athlete now at age 42 . Don’t cheap out in shoes 👟 toilet paper 🧻 😂and car 🚘. You can wear whatever but shoes 👟 carry you ❤🎉
ОтветитьI'm doing these right now! I've been in so much pain for months. 😢 Thank you!
ОтветитьGOOD JOB 👍 👍 😊❤
ОтветитьThese two are like kids 😢😂 find something instant moment and get excited 😊 nothing works
ОтветитьLove you guys, and your simple tips!!
Decades ago a massage therapist coworker said she recommended her clients with PF pain stretch and massage their feet in the AM, and use an ice roller (plastic water bottle!!) before bed! Nearly aphasia at least helped!
Bob and Brad explained why plantar fasciitis was not healing. They saved my life with the stretches. It's taken months but i am almost back to normal. Now to work on my head!
ОтветитьGreat exercises but not for people who have fused backs from surgery
ОтветитьForget about all these useless and time consuming exercises. If you 100% want to get rid off plantar fasciitis then purchase a pair of semi custom insoles from „Tread Lab“ ….and no, I am neither sponsored nor affiliated by them but I do know it will work as it healed my fasciitis in mere days.
ОтветитьAnd what do you suggest when first thing in the morning you REALLY need the toilet? Theres no time for stretches in this house!
ОтветитьI don’t get how stretching it helps if the injury is from tears that need to heal. Anyone know? Some experts tell you not to stretch the foot.
ОтветитьOne more thing works like a miracle... Lying down on the bed with your feet high up against the wall 😢
ОтветитьI always trust bob&brad 👍🏻
ОтветитьI’m in agony with this right now 😢
ОтветитьI tried a pair on and went running, i got arrested for shoplifting.😮😂
ОтветитьI suffered from this for about 7 years. Went on the low-carb, Keto diet. The only exercise I did was just before I went to bed at night, I stretched out my heel up and down to relieve the throbbing pain.
But that Keto diet? My pain completely disappeared in 4 days. Gone! I was not only amazed, but realized how very important a persons' diet is to their overall health. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. Within a week, you should have results.
Now I just need someone to do the stretches for me! 😂
ОтветитьI wore a splint at night for 2 months. It kept my foot flexed up, stretching the tendon all night. No problem with plantar fasciitis in the 20 years since.
ОтветитьGuys I've been doing all those exercise for over 4 years and all others and iboprofen and everything.... It doesn't really helped me. It gets better and later on pain is back, especially when I play a game of football and after that I'm crying for 3-4 days
ОтветитьJust buy a Dr. SCHOLL' s inner sole insert for fascisitis, and wear for a couple of days. Your pain will be gone.
ОтветитьI need this. I actually have this pain when I went back using my five finger shoes. I blamed my elevated sneaker for it. I'm getting back to walk really flat on the ground. Thanks again as always. You are my favorite PTs here. :)
ОтветитьOne stretch that you didn't mention that's helped me a lot is sit up , cross your leg over your knee then pull/stretch your toes down stretching the top of the foot, the ankle and shins. I had 6-7 level pain for 6 months or more. This provides almost immediate and significant pain relief down to a pain level of 1 overnight.
Ответитьi have started to get pain in my right foot, (from working all day standing on concrete), I have started your exercises and after 3 days im already feeling a difference.
