Can I get your video without all the background sound? I find it so distracting and cannot focus on the video.

I was once working as a supervisor in a construction site. We hire a truck everytime we have something to be hauled out of the site. I usually pay them the price that the previous supervisors pay them.

But then I realized that I haven't really considered asking: Why such amount? Why this much? How much do I really have to pay the for the hire? So I put myself in the shoes of the manager of that trucking company, and questions popped out: How much would the fuel cost in hauling? How much would he pay the driver for that haul? How much would be the reasonable charge for the depreciation of the truck? And what is the reasonable profit that they should charge for these efforts?

When I have all the answers, I discovered that I was overpaying for a haul. So I quickly hired another company, offered them my new price, and they gladly accepted.

Always challenge the prevailing practices and assumptions—just like a scientist would to the prevailing theories—just like Copernicus did when he challenged the geocentric model of our universe, which ultimately led to a better understanding of our world.

We must continue challenging our current practices and assumptions to further our understanding. As Elon Musk said: "[You] always taking the position that you are to some degree wrong, and your goal is to be less wrong overtime."

Good video, but the background voice at some point of the video is louder than your voice . That makes it difficult to hear and comprehend what you are saying at that point
