Get up by 5 or 5:30 am
Go for an hour walk/ jog
Do breathing exercises
Do yogasanas (include Balasana / child pose, Vajrasana, Padhmasana)
Thoppukaranam 20 times
Or even exercises, but it's mandatory
Sun bath for 20 min in the morning
Take bath (normal water, No hot water) in the morning
Do meditation 5 min - half an hour (preferably with Om chanting) (try 5 times a day like Muslims)
Ensure to defecation (or try to clean your bowel system)
Listen to music (Melody)
Hug or kiss someone you love (Mom or child)
Play with baby
Give compliment to someone
Try to learn/ do any creative work (drawing, music...)
Spend time with friends and should laugh out loud (Don't talk about issues / argument)
Try to clap whenever possible
Watch some comedy shows (preferably before going to bed)
Have a positive attitude always
Don't expect others to encourage you
Drink water then and there (Sip and drink slowly, should enjoy drinking water)
Drink buttermilk / Arugampul juice)
Looking these tasks weirdly?
