They’re not sensitive to energies or frequencies . They’re sensitive to ideas. And these ideas that they are sensitive to (or rather, more interested in/focused on or keen to) are called high energy because they’re of a higher meaning to our souls and spirit: they are Love, Peace, Joy, Presence. Get it ? That’s why Love is called the “Higher” Law. In Anka’s case he calls it an energy or vibrational state rather than a Law or state of being/state of consciousness. Same difference.
So anyone can be a psychic if they are attune and in harmony and focused on these higher laws/higher energies such as Love.
If you love your life in Love and focus on Love, you naturally get insights about Love of course. And when you share those insights about Love with others, you simply are gonna share it in your own way, in your own perspective, in your own creativity. An artist is a psychic, but they choose to give us their psychic insights through art. Makes sense ?
