Sir I had spina bifida at the time of birth, got her surgery done in childhood but till now I am having problem of urinary incontinence and i am 19 years old today can i have this surgery please tell about it

I am scheduled for an artificial sphincter in a few days. Just wondering if there is any discomfort in the scrotum while resuming normal everyday activities.
