Just like a vaxhall ampera of 15 years ago without the plus of plugin.
ОтветитьVery well put together and informative presentation Nobby. I liked it a lot, I think I will wait a year for the price drop.
It is now my number one contender, as against our Mercedes Benz A class AMG line car.
Good review Thanks 👍
ОтветитьDoes really need such a big engine if it is just acting as a generator to keep the battery topped up.Anyway if I had the money to buy this I would probably just buy a Tesla
Ответить52 mpg out of the petrol version …. No need for the e-power
ОтветитьBought a Honda Civic Hybrid t.o.t.r 15.5 years ago, it cost £18,000 which was more than our mortgage and i have LOVED it. I am only now looking for a replacement HYBRID car. Would i recommend.....in a shot. If you are a chop and change person every couple of years, then its a dear loss each time, but if you're looking to keep, you won't regret and you'll get a smooth, beautiful car to enjoy for years. Norah, Central Scotland
Ps. My honda was everybit on a parallel Nissan but to me, either t.o.t.r of these marques i would get.
LOL buying a Kicks e power in Mexico right now for 34k USD.... man you all are getting it up the bum over there.
ОтветитьHi i have order my e power but now I'm confused because takes lot's petrol ⛽️ 😅 i don't kwon what to do now ,i think I'll changed for something different maybye BMW 1 series 118i m sport what you think?
ОтветитьGreat reviews. I often struggle to ‘get my head around’ and covert ltrs to mpg for us up here in the North lol. Great Chanel. Really informative stuff.
ОтветитьBought one a month ago getting 54 mpg. Love it
Ответитьits 5th gen if u include facelifts
ОтветитьWhy not a diesel instead of petrol if the engine is only a generator. Much more efficient
ОтветитьWhen are they bringing this design to the states? They would sell a ton of those here, the rogue sport is a bit out of date
ОтветитьCan you advice what the acceleration from 0-100km is? Also is it much more powerful than the standard petrol-only model?
ОтветитьBy the way, it’s lost about £10 grand in value from new over 5 months with 3000 miles on the clock. It’s worth looking for a near new car!
ОтветитьHad mine 6 months, on Pro Pilot it’s gets about 47 mpg, on e-Pedal about 60mpg and in sport mode 38mpg. Local pottering about on short trips in a hilly area I get about 35mpg. Very comfortable car on long journeys, on Pro Pilot it drives itself 😂
ОтветитьGreat review, but I must admit I've already got my tekna e-power ordered, and hope to have it around May 16th.
ОтветитьTwo weeks in with my E power. I'm in love! It's so nice to drive. It's my 3rd Qq and it's my favourite. I've not been on the motorway yet, just short trips so far.
I really liked my last car it was in Tekna trim, but decided to drop into N connector so I could try the e power experience. So, ad I did. The drive is way better. My last car was so eager to pull away, it was a tad jerky.
I'm noticing the little improvements that are so small they don't get a mention on any reviews. So my last Qq was a 69 plate (!).
Now when I put the wipers on ut shows on the display which setting they are on. Simple, but helpful.
The front window switch has a ridge so that you don't operate the back windows by mistake.
Same for audio controls on the wheel.
There are quite a few other simple refinements that have been made which I presume is a result of driver feedback.
I've been disappointed with MPG so far, but driver experience is way above expectations. So, overall I'm still giving ut 10/10
Litres to km......might as well be in Chinese
ОтветитьI have received my X-Trail E-power 4WD Today. 525 Nm of torque, 7.0 s to 100 kmh, really joyful to drive and only 6.5l in city with dynamic driving ... And my job gives me opportunity to drive almost everything.
Ответитьif you drive around 20k km a year, 3 liter difference means 900 pounds savings a year, the question is would e-power version repay itself?
ОтветитьComparing this to a Sportage, who wins overall?
ОтветитьThat fuel consumption is way higher than my 9 year old 2lt diesel mondeo
ОтветитьGood review, hope it has a 4wd version
ОтветитьThe high prices for the Qashqai that was mentioned in the video is a particularly Irish thing. There, car prices are amongst the highest in Europe. Much cheaper in the UK.
ОтветитьTo me it seems this is a hard thing to explain the system to common people. To really understand what is going on, you need to be an electrical engineer with a bit of mechanical education in the background. The Nissan's e-Power "technology" is not something new, it is basically an attempt to optimize the energy efficiency flow.
...
It seems pointless to call this a "hybrid" or "EV". This is basically a petrol car. Mostly because the source of energy is petrol not the battery. The battery serves only as a intermediate temporary storage of the energy. And the petrol engine running electrical generator is trying, by electronics, to be driven in the most efficient range in which a petrol engine can run. The car will run until there is a petrol in the tank, regardless of battery capacity. The battery is so tiny and therefore it might be pointless to think of it in terms of energy storage for driving (covering any mileage). The capacity of the car is the size of it's petrol tank, not the battery. Battery has absolutely nothing to do with cars range, it just helps smoothing an energy flow between generator mounted petrol engine and it stores feedback energy during the breaking process since in that case the engine in the car (the one running wheels) acts as a generator.
...
If the car is being used in relatively flat city areas it is a real "bingo", because of average speed and starts and stops. The only drawback of this car is if it is being used at areas with a lot of driving uphill or downhill, and this is where the battery storage comes into play.
...
I am in process of thinking in buying one of these, but the fact I am living high uphill is stopping me into spending money. If the battery is at least five times larger and if could charge it at home, I would buy it right away, without doubts. And in this case it could be called a "hybrid car" or a "half hybrid car".
I have had a test in the E power -very smooth eccelerates quickly , I have also driven the 1.3 158 not that quick .what i am trying to live with is the extra cost of the epower tekna I would be leasing this car as I am retired don't really fancy plugging in a car. could you give me the fuel ratio in gallons please
Ответить日本車なのに日本で発売しないのはなぜだ?
ОтветитьFantastic review! Its a lovely car. I saw the review for the X Trail e-power e-4orce and I wondered since they both have the same engine and epower is there a difference in speed between both of them, and why does the X Trail consume more petrol?
ОтветитьThank you! A really refined and hones presentation/ review of this beautiful car. In Germany there is also a higher spec version with 20 inch wheels. But I like the 19 inch wheels more because the fit perfect to the size of this car.
ОтветитьI think the car is great, had our E-Power Tekna four months and I get mid 50mpg on average, but very dependant on driving style. Its the smoothest best drive ever without any range issues. I had two QQ 1.5d before which must be the most economic suv on the planet but am not disappointed with the economy on the E-Power. This is now discounted in the UK and the Tekna EP can be had for under 35k.
Ответитьif it is anything like e-power Note, then this is going to be my next ride. Note is far better and has advanced features than Toyota Aqua and if you go easy on accelerator, then you can pretty much drive on EV mode only. Far more economical than overhyped Toyota. I had Qashqai 2016, awesome on highway, amazing fuel efficiency and felt very safe to drive.
Ответитьall the trickery and shinanigans in the world and still only gets 6.8l/100km? how about, idunno, just get a smaller car if you really wanna save fuel? heck, i think a friend of mine said his Kadjar diesel goes under 6l and that isn't much smaller than this.
ОтветитьThe battery doesn't drive the wheels. The battery powers a motor which drives the wheels
ОтветитьSo barely better economy than a simple diesel, but with a lot more complexity and considerably more cost! Don't get it.
Ответитьyou had the top spec car it would have been helpful tom know the cost of lower spec e power models
ОтветитьI had a 2017 qashqai for 2 years and traded it in. Awful build quality since they got into bed with Renault, rattling interior, poor fitment of the body panels. Wife loved the high driving position but I gritted my teeth every time I had to drive it.
ОтветитьTo get the best MPG from the e-Power you really need to use the various modes available. If you just select D Mode you will be disappointed. Its comfortable to drive, it looks good. 53 mpg is achievable with a bit of thought. I regularly get over 60 mpg on longer runs.
ОтветитьHad the e qashqai for about 3 months, tekna model. Excellent drive but an annoying rattle from the rear seat which no matter how hard I've tried it's out foxed me.
ОтветитьJust ordered that exact model loved the car
ОтветитьThank you for this. I won’t be wasting my money buying one of these.
Ответить7.0l per 100km? Like seriously am I missing something? What's the point?
ОтветитьA bit of a saving? God, give me strength…….
Ответить170€ tax Vs 120€ ev. Keep it
ОтветитьX Trail E Force is a fabulous drive. Responsive, engaging and serene.
It is not just about better fuel consumption, but a fabulous driving experience.
Hate CVT transmissions - in RAV 4 Hybrid or X Trail / Qashqai conventional.
And guest what - you not only save fuel but the car is worth more on resale...
52K for 7l…..you need 200000km to break even the mhev doing 8l-9l worst case scenario….this is a non sense choice….Go for EV like Arya…60K…instant torque and real fuel saving 😅
Ответитьloved the Qashqai e-power but Corolla Cross is a better price point even the Sol spec.
Ответить
