I think 128 tick is enough and subtick should be replaced with 128 tick because 128 tick server is updated 128 times a second (7.8125 ms or 0.0078125 s) and in sub-tick imagine 20 players in server (casual) everyone is pressing 3 buttons every 0.7 of a second in different time, that can be 2-5 keys/s with average of 4.5 keys/s, 4.5 keys * 20 players is 90 ticks a second, what is still slower than 128 tick and faster than 64 tick and 64 tick is still used for animations in CS2.
128 tick is more precise and constant than the randomnes of subtick.
