Most popsugar videos are too fast for my taste
I thought this was going to be good until they started doing choreography.
I get that people who do not know how to dance may like this but I wish you guys made dance workouts that were more of a workout than a dance tutorial 😤

I just did this workout today, and oh my goodness it was sooo FREAKIN FUN! I loved the energy in the room and I felt like I was there too. So good 👌🏾
