Turkey is not or is not suppose to be (CLASSIFIED as) a European country.. Turkey has always been seen as a non European country and people by Ancient people. The language, the culture, the race, everything is non European.

No one bothers to change their religion on their ID in Turkey so it's probably lower and very few muslims actually practices the religion.
