On the job - Replacing Lost Car Key - Decoded, Cut, & Programmed

I have to ask a question. I have 2015 passat and locksmith did findout problem on last coding phase new key. So i buy 2 used keys I did ask fron dealer is possible to code these they say yes. Today found out even dealer cant program spare keys to my car. Their solution buy new from them. Have you ended up these kinda problems on 2015 passat.

What do you do if it requires two keys but you tell your customer that your program it and then when you get there you find out it's two keys. They need to be programmed. Is there possible way to program with one?

Is this chip and does it require two keys cuz ford makes these?

Why didn't you just program another key and take the remote back with you and remove the roll pin and put a new blade in? I've been programing the remotes before I cut the remote headed key that way I don't have an inventory lose on the job.

Strange the remote didn't work, those Ford systems pretty much take any of the remotes, old skool to any of the remote head FCC's.. Sure you had a battery in that thing?
