Honestly Just build KALGARA, bcs all the in engine pieces are 2 cents. If u ad 3 copies of
ST–13 ACE for 21$, and that‘s it u get a really strong deck for under 25 bucks.

Ps: U can cut ACE, play OP05 Enel

I still believe that Issho could get a future Green Navy Greenbull Leader set to wreck the game, don't know why but I would love for it to be good.

Where are you finding black sabo 5 cost for 14$?

I started picking up starter decks a year or so ago but haven't gotten around to doing anything with the OPTCG until just recently.

I currently have Kalgara, R/P Luffy, Big Mom, Reiju, and a few others.

How bad of a decision is it to keep a deck theme based for casual and local play? For example, my Reiju deck is almost completely Germa 66 cards with a few generic staples.
