Can I delete the files after I'm done with them?
Will it affect the connection with the network in the future?

To only export the profile that you need

Type "netsh wlan export profile name=x folder=C:\xx key=clear" (without quotes)

Where:
x - is the profile name (with wifi password that you need)
xx - folder name that you created in C:\ to save the password or profile

Note: you can just leave it as folder=C:\ as default.
