I met this guy at a fancy dinner place that was wearing a shirt that said “bravery and courage” I went up to him and he was like 6’5 and like 270 pounds of just muscle. Not being gay or anything but I said I like your shirt and shook his hand. Simply shaking this guys hands told me a lot about his life and the life he lives because he had the most callused hands I’ve ever shook! And then I had more respect for him because he probably grew up on a farm or something doing hard work 10 hours a day.

I was wrong, I'm 5'10 and 16 I've bulked from 165 to 185 and I've gotten way more respect and interestingly more attraction from girls

What would you say about 185 cm of height and about 79 kg of wheigt, is that good? I'm really trying to gain more wheigt but it is really hard for me to eat more than currently
