ОтветитьI baked this yesterday and it came out nice but it was a little too heavy. I baked another one previously that came out perfect. And the only difference was that with the batch that came out nice and fluffy, I didn't tap the baking pan on the counter to get rid of the air bubbles. It made a huge difference in the cake texture so just a quick tip: only tap out the air bubbles for heavier cakes, it's not necessary for lighter betty crooker cakes.
