What works the best for me is to drown the heart pain (emotional anguish) with alcohol. This all started six years ago when I started having dreams about her again after twenty years of no such dreams. I was drinking two bottles of wine a day then, now I'm only drinking one bottle a day, which indicates that I'm on the upswing. In other words, the pain is only half as intense and chronic now as it was six years ago. So maybe I'll be able to forget about her altogether in the not-too-distant future. I sure do hope so.

Well, now I'm more depressed than ever. I can't have her, I don't get to talk to her or see her and she's constantly in my mind.
