How to Speak Fast English!

I sat dumbfounded listening to the beginning of this video because I've never heard anyone in any language talk that fast. I can't hear that fast. That may sound like an absurd statement but it's true. It's not that I don't understand the words, all I start to hear is like wha wha waa buzz buzz bleh. Although thank you for the tips, as when I try to speak with the accent, I do have to slow down and think about it sometimes. <3 Thank you for everything you do.
