I use the lasts guys strategy all the time and I could've defended that rush, but Gwendolyn is needed, plus maybe a longer map but Gwen would've still made a MASSIVE difference

You're still wrong about the sub's balance changes! The x-x-4 sub's shots do 1 less "general" damage AFTER SPLITTING (= not the actual initial bullet-hit), and only the extra MOAB damage (AFTER SPLIT) was increased from 0 to 1. It now deals the exact same damage to MOABs as before, but 1 less damage to bloons. That, in addition to the price increase is strictly a nerf - there is no buff!
Also, it didn't used to deal 0 damage to moabs, like you said in the other video, it just didn't deal more damage to them than to bloons.

The AP darts on upgrade on the sub didn't get buffed for MOABs. They decreased the base damage by 2 and added a 2 damage bonus against MOABs so they cancel out to do the same damage against MOABs but do less against regular balloons.
