Awesome!! Love this idea that you made it sports specific! You should make a playlist out of this and show program examples for different sports! Would be great if you did one for soccer.
Also, on a side not I’m studying for my CSCS exam and your online course is really helping a great deal. Thanks again for all you do, please keep up your hard work 💪🏼

Top stuff.
One thing which m not able to decifer is why Yo Yo test is mandatory for Indian national cricket player. If they fail the test, they will be dropped from selection.
I understand that endurance is one component in cricket as games are long but anaerobic capacity is more precise quality they should be focusing on.
