This video is 2 years old, but well: If you use instant coffee, try to dissolve the instant coffee with a bit of cold water first and then pour in the hot water. That way you don't burn the instant coffee. It might enhance the flavour, if you still drink it. Idk :)

Trick for hard boiling eggs. Eggs will peel easily every time.
1:) Add eggs to regular tap water in a pot.
2:) Boil water.
3:) Once water has boiled, turn the heat off, and leave the water to cool down. Yes, just leave it sitting on the stove top.
4:) Once water is slightly warm(or when you remember the eggs are just chilling on the stove) drain water and put in the fridge. Done. Yep it's that easy.
Yes this is lazy mans way to cook these, but hey, it works!

The maxim coffee is surprisingly good, never liked instant coffee before but this is spoiling me with its convenience, not specifically the mocha blend tho, the other blend seem more to my personal liking, nice roasting aroma xD

Regarding the kettle, I have a kettle that comes with temperature settings - basically if I want water heated to 80C (ideal temp for coffee), I click the temperature button until the light is on 80C, then get the kettle going by hitting the power. I typically go for 100C, because tea requires boiling water for it to brew effectively. Most of the time. (It depends on the tea)
