Is Lightning of Arrow oof Electrocution better than Lightning Arrow?

I'm very confused by this guide as a returning player. The skill tree has multiple jumps where 2 or more passive points are added. I'm aware that there are quests which allow for passive skills gained, but the number of jumps does not correspond to the number of skill points you can gain, especially given the level progression? Also it is recommended that you take the wildwood ascendancy route that grants you movement or resistances for empty sockets, but the guide recommends that you take skills that correspond to having at least 5 sets of socketed armour, which would imply all your sockets are used and that this ascendancy would be useless. Any input on this would be helpful.

I have not played poe since harvest. What was the major buff to lightning arrow in the last 3 leagues?

How do i use the vaal lightning arrow ability cause its grayed out and says missing souls?
and one onther thing,how do i get more mana reservation cause i can cast only 2 auras?

Does crit do anything for precise technique? The items have crit on them but it also has precise technique in the passives. Am I missing something? New to this game.
Edit: nvm, I saw the final progression removes it.

Is onslaught from silver flask less valuable than dying sun?

Please could somebody explain how to calculate "Count" for Artillery Ballista in Path of Building?
Based on a single Reddit post, the calculation is Artillery Ballista Projectile Count multiplied by number of ballistae, then multiplied by 0.45 (For the rough hit-rate of arrows) then rounding down.

I cant quite understand how to get the fractured flat damage to the midgame bow since there's none on the market. I also don't know how to craft it but i cant find any ways to do it. Would really appreciate if you could help me with this.

Hello and thanks for the biuld!!i just started your guide i am lvl 6 and i see that the points in passive tree is different between maxroll and pob that you have linked!!you start in your maxroll guide with full projectile speed but in pob you go for dexterity!also in the video you say in act 1 to have pierce support while in maxroll guide you switch in add cold dmg support on lvl 4 which is actually in the beginning of act1.can you help please?thanks

I’m so confused. I just started never played before. And playing on ps5. I think I just hit lv 3. And I don’t even have near everything you are listing. I got galvanic arrow from the tavern quest turn in. But none of the bows or gems or stuff. I’m just lost

can you make a guide how to craft gear for SSF? like a step by step cause maxroll is a loop of "guides" that basically tell you to go buy from trade....

really wish there was a gameplay preview. tons of ppl will click off because they dont know if it looks fun lol. not asking for other ways to find it just pointing out what a group of people will do like myself.

In my opinion, having this guide on Maxroll is much less informative than a straight up, well made POB.

I tried League Starting Boneshatter and got to level 85 but it just isn't fun to me. I played LA and TS last league and had the most fun. Also did Discharge which was the best but that has been patched. Here I am now doing LA once again lmao.

I started playing this, opened the guide for crafting the quiver and stopped playing entirely. A playable game if you have luck gambling or spend days/weeks grinding up divs, why bother.

There'a a mistake with your PoB where you have the life mastery for 15% life if you don't have it on armour, but you have life on your armour in your "mid" tree and items. Liking the build so far.
