What a great documentary of the beginning fo this movement and the life of John Wesley! Thank you for creating it. I used the for the first time for my membership class today (May 2023) and the class loved it. It was very informative, moving and helpful to understand the roots of our Methodist churches.
ОтветитьHe'd leave the gay United Methodist church of today in a heartbeat!
ОтветитьYes,thanks .
ОтветитьAwesome mom
ОтветитьI love this, thank you very much. May God bless you all.
ОтветитьVery interesting and very well told.
Ответить👁️👁️⚖️✝️🩸👑🕯️🍞💧🌡️😡🌪️🌋👀👂🙏⏳, The Meaning Of Rest at Amazing Discoveries ( Scripture, history, documentations, archaeology of why we Must Keep God Jesus Christ Saturday SABBATH ! void one Commandment you void them all !
ОтветитьSatan has turned the UMC into an abomination. “Come out of her my people”
ОтветитьVery good but music in background is distracting...
ОтветитьI hope there would be another edition of this film with less background music. The constant loud music is interfering with the clarity of the narration.
ОтветитьGreat story, amazing the lives you hear about people when it comes to searching for God.
ОтветитьI live in a working class area of North East England and Methodism is all we knew growing up. The area here is still permeated with it even though many churches have since closed. Such a shame.
Ответить. “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31).
A truly well presented documentary.👍
What is the name of the piano song in the background?? Please and thank you!!
ОтветитьI love that Susanna Wesley was leading worship, even though many didnt want women leading worship, which sadly continues to today.
ОтветитьI was raised Methodist from age 12. I went through the methodist confirmation at around 13. Before that I had been brought up a Southern Baptist.
Ответить❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьI am humbled and encouraged...thank you.
ОтветитьGreat Video. These videos are making me feel calm in troubling times.
Ответить❤😢it is a beautiful day for John Wesley’s
ОтветитьAwesome. I am so blessed to watch this video. Beautiful made on the life and ministry of Reverend John Wesley. Kudos to the production team. The video has left great impact upon my heart. Thanks you🙏
ОтветитьThank U for the life story of this great man of God.
ОтветитьEnjoyed the documentary! My one disappointment, though, is the lack of emphasis on his doctrine of Perfect Love, complete emptiness of self and complete infilling of the Holy Spirit. This was his central theme as is the theme of the Bible! A true Christian must be striving for this perfection in Christ.
ОтветитьWe are having a Youth Camp next week. This is documentary that will be played to teach youths of the Methodist Church of the genesis of our faith
ОтветитьThe Moravians ( Protestants ) were NOT Germans! But rather Czech from the Moravia region
ОтветитьThe commercials before this are evil! Anyway, great doc. Wesley was a man of Christ!
ОтветитьSmall groups. They prayed for wisdom to learn and follow in the guidance of Christ. He is the Word!
ОтветитьI always wondered who the Methodists were. Thus video dies them justice. God Bless them for bringing Christ to all.

ОтветитьWhat a shame that so many methodist churches today has fallen away from true methodism.
ОтветитьMy name is John Wesley
ОтветитьAs an Anglican I respect Methodism and I look at John Wesley’s sermons with a open heart.
ОтветитьHe'd be horrified to know what has become of the Methodist church he founded..... it is backslid and of the world.
Ответить"Best of all, God is with us." Thank you for this documentary.
ОтветитьNo wonder John Wesley was one of the angels sent in this end times according to Revelation 2. But the Seventh angel is come too. William Branham came to continue where John Wesley left. So please search for this man and the message preached by him by our Lord Jesus Christ. Don't be left in Methodistism. Move over to the next age opened by the Lord by William Branham. God bless you.
ОтветитьInteresting documentary. I am bearly learning what Methodists are. I like the open air sermons and the concern for the poor. However I do prefer salvation by works, which is the opposite of the Methodist idea of salvation by grace. However the salvation of grace is used well in the context. It gives a break to the poor people who struggle. Personally I think the difficulty of living in poverty should already be payment for sin. This is a radical idea of mine. I like to think that all sins one commits should be subtracted by the hardships of life. The biggest factor in hardship is economic class. This creates a kind of net sin. That determins how much sin to work off in the afterlife before going to Heavin. The place of working off sin would be Purgatory. There are two main things to help get a lower amount of net sin, which helps one move to a Heavin quicker. The first factor is being a good person and so committing less sin. The second factor is living a difficult life. The difficulty can involve things like labor, punishment and imprisonment. It especially involves being discriminated by society in some way. The biggest is living in poverty. So there is an idea that minorities get into Heaven faster, while still being accountable for thier actions. This fast access makes up for the difficulty of life. That may be an uplifting thing to preach to the poor. It would help them feel better. It would be good to know that thier hard work and turmoil will pay off. This system is a lot harsher on majority, especially rulers. They are going to have more sin to work off in the afterlife, because it wasn't paid for by as much hardship. I also make tyranny and discrimination two of my seven major sins. The other sins are theft, shunning, abuse, deciet and violence. So if the majority was mistreating the minority, that is more sin to work off in the afterlife. I like to imagine the people getting an easier time getting to reward in afterlife. It is hope. I would like to add this as an incentive to do the good deeds of charity and community service. I like how Jesus advocated for charity and stood up fir the poor. If the Methodist could be like that, that would be lovely.
ОтветитьPlease forgive mercy master lord Jesus Christ mercy God help...
ОтветитьWhat an inspiring documentary. Our forefathers, your footsteps we are following.
ОтветитьThank you to those who lovingly labored to bring this heart-warming story to us.
Ответить🇳🇵Amen
