Help! The Ethernet cable is plugged directly to the modem, but the Saturn looking light on the front is staying orange. So I can’t connect to internet :(

Can I setup this router without having to use a wifi adapter on a desktop? Can't I just setup this router through a ip address to the router using my web browser? I want the ability to just turn off wifi honestly. Finding a decent router that has 1Gigabyte LAN ports is hard to find at a decent price. Most retail stores offer wifi routers often focus on a wifi only and the LAN ports don't have anything above 100Mbps. That means if my internet speed is 300Mbps it will just default to 100Mbps.

Do you need to pay monthly fee for this?

My router keeps turning off. The lights go green for a cohple of seconds then all lights go off. It just started doing this. Does anyone know how tof fix this?
