That was so very heartwarming!! When they had said she had seen her mom on TV many times, I stopped the video to look at Lisa.. and Lynne popped in my head.. it was my surprise that I was right!! What a blessing to see them reunited.
Wishing Lynne, Lisa and their family much love. Happy Tears!!
She had a son
ОтветитьHer mother was on thats my mama
ОтветитьLisa wright mother was onbtvcadpotion. Nov 21 2023 happy thanksgiving
ОтветитьOMG they looks so much alike WOW.
ОтветитьThis gave me tears. Happy for them both.
ОтветитьHappy to be an adoptive mom who was chosen by my daughter’s birth mama to be her parent. Open adoption is so much healthier for all involved. Love my extended family!
ОтветитьI ran out of Kleenex Tissues. God is amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.
ОтветитьWhat God can't do does not exist ❤
ОтветитьThis is miracle happened ❤
ОтветитьI needed that cry 😭😭
ОтветитьSo difficult to control tears.
U can see how they love eachother.
I can imagine the moms guilt. The way she remained single. The way she now brought the cards and holds it so dearly to show us all.
How she keeps touching her child to ensure the recollection of the past doesnt hurt her.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьI just don't know how you can go through life without ever feeling guilty enough to reach back and find your birth daughter. I'm sorry I am struggling with this woman. Lynn moody even though I watched her too. Something just doesn't ring authentic to me.
ОтветитьRead the book Corokzan now
Ответить28Sept.2023 It's a beautiful story, but I was taken-aback when the Mom came on stage and sat down SO FAR AWAY FROM HER LOVING DAUGHTER ! WHY would the Mom do THAT ?! WHY wouldn't the Mom sit NEARER to her daughter ? It was painful to watch . The daughter kept showing that she/the daughter wanted the Mom to sit closer .
ОтветитьLove this story so much
ОтветитьBack in the Early 70s young girls did this a lot n alot of us are abandoned or twisted in a family lie.
ОтветитьGOD IS GOOD!! Amen Amen. I pray that they all have a beautiful relationship and put God above all things.
Ответитьdamn life is wild they do look identical though imagine watching ur mother on tv and not knowing that’s crazy. My only question is once she got notoriety and a lil check why not go find her??
ОтветитьWonderful❤
Ответить😢😢😢😢😢💖❣️❣️💘💘💘🩷💝💝💝🥰🩷💖💖❣️❤️🔥❤️🔥🧡💖💙☄️☄️☄️☄️☄️💓💘💖💖🤎🙏🏻
ОтветитьThis was a gut wrencher, my tears we're not stopping. Oh my heart, so sad and so happy at the same time! They're such nice people, so thrilled for them to reunite with what looks and feels like a truly wanted mother/daughter relationship! Love!!!
ОтветитьThe son should have been on the show, they really dropped the ball on this one !!
ОтветитьThey are definitely twins😂
ОтветитьHer story is very similar to mine except I was raised by my bio mom and it was my biological dad that I never cared or felt like I was missing out then when I was 20 years old had two babies I met him and a few of my sisters and brothers who have been looking for me for years and how much specially is babies we looked like we were twins even my brother looks just like and how my kids look like my brothers sisters and and Dad was absolutely mind-blowing. my daughter even kept saying that she pointed to pictures in my biological dad's house, Mommy that looks like you that looks like me that looks like you that looks like Cody (my oldest son) my youngest has a different dad for some reason the jeans are stronger on his dad's side he doesn't look like my dad side but I even look identical to my sister😅 I just thought how can this be so many different people can look so much alike 😁I was very surprised to learn that I had nine step-siblings each of us have a different mother & not one of us has the same mom but we share the same dad(and even still none of us look like our moms we all look like her dad side) 🤣it was very exciting to say the least because they were great and growing up as an ONLY child I really found a sense of belonging because my dad has an Extremely large family & long extended family (many through marriages as well) but our family is all over the place & my moms Family when I grew up with is VERY small and I don't know extended family beyond that because they all live in other countries😅 I dunno for immediate family there's like 20 of us total that's including my mom:aunts uncles cousins grandparents & my 3 kids 😅😅
ОтветитьThis made me emotional
ОтветитьI'm adopted and still lost...
ОтветитьHer mom is BEAUTIFUL!! She’s aging WONDERFULLY!!
ОтветитьYou can’t imagine how tough that journey can be when your dad dies when you’re six years old, and eight years later, when you’re fourteen, your mom dies!!!! Wanna meet an orphan?!?! With NO aunts or uncles who gave a damn!! She’ll be all right.
ОтветитьTamron Hall is positively, absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!
ОтветитьWow beautiful story!
ОтветитьShe looks just like her Mama. I'm so glad that they were able to find each other and that she had been watching her birth mother all along. My father left when I was 2 months old. So I never grew up knowing his side of the family until I was 17. Mom had a picture of him so I knew what he looked like at a younger man. He had sort of slanted eyes. Now I have known all my life that he was cousin to actor Dana Andrews. In 1977, Dana's much younger brother, Steve Forrest, starred on Theme From S.W.A.T. I was at my cousin's and the show was on. I saw Steve and said, "That could be my father". His eyes were what made me think that. Little did I know when I was looking up facts about Dana Andrews, that Steve was his younger brother. So I at least was partly right.
ОтветитьShe looks like her mom!
ОтветитьThat is exactly what an adoptive mom should tell her kids.
ОтветитьI lost my beautiful mommy 3 weeks ago. I lost my father in 1991. And she is absolutely right, when you lose your mom you feel like you don't belong anywhere at all. I'm 40 years old , married to a great man and have two incredible kids; but the day my mom left the earth I felt "naked" and uncovered. That's the power of a phenomenal momma.
ОтветитьHer mother is so dramatic.
ОтветитьShe didn't even hug here when she came out
ОтветитьWow could you imagine adopting a baby and it belong to a celebrity and you never new but saw her on tv all the time and never new you had her baby
ОтветитьI've never seen nor heard of this actress.
And obviously her career was important to her. She could have looked for her baby when she gained independence from her parents and her career was thriving. She just didn't have time for a child. Period.
Twins
ОтветитьI feel u
ОтветитьI just can't believe how much they look alike
ОтветитьI’m crying as “That’s my Mama!” Such a sad and beautiful story at the same time.😢😅😊
ОтветитьThis was the best story ever
ОтветитьLynne is so beautiful. How amazing her show was called "That's My Mama."
The fact that "homes for unwed mothers" existed is just sickening. It's incredible that the conservatives who thought it's wrong to be unmarried and pregnant, didn't see how it's even more wrong to do such a traumatic thing to a teenage girl and her child, forever damaging their lives. Hiding their pregnancy away from the public, not letting them bond with their baby, as if some image of piety is more important to the family than actual human relationships or a baby's need for her mother. It's absolutely barbaric, like a horror movie and unfortunately happened to countless teenage girls. Even if a teenage girl chooses to give her child up for adoption, it could be done so much more lovingly. She could still be allowed to know and love her child, to give that child the breastfeeding it so needs in those first months of life for their lifelong health, to be supported in continuing her education and learning responsibility gradually. Adoptions could be open. The teenager could still be assisted in continuing to become an adult, get an education and continue to develop a relationship with their child in their own unique way.
My goodness, she is not even sitting next to her daughter. She didn't even hug, oh my goodness.
ОтветитьWhat a happy ending....😢... I'm over here crying
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful story and I couldn't stop crying to think of Lisa's mom not being able to hold or see her baby. I am a mom, and the moments I held and smelled my babies, are the greatest gifts. I am so happy for them. ❤️❤️🙏🙏🕊️🕊️
ОтветитьTbh all this did was make me cry. I love stories like this.
