Should I use a 40 amp fuse for the 25 amp DC DC charger?

Looks like a great product, just bought one. I have one question. If the 3-Pin Anderson plug is only rated to 50A, why is there an 80A fuse? Should it be max 50A fuse?

Any concerns with this being ran without the ignition wire?

How do your except people to run the thick 3 anderson head through small holes! Does it pull apart?

Is the blue ignition (engine on) earthed somewhere?

Is this the kit that comes when you buy the DCDC charger and wiring kit? Or is it still the old wiring kit?

I am sooo reluctant to use KickAss stuff anymore since they totally ghosted me with a warranty claim. I really loved their gear, just cant support a company that treats customers a badly as I have been!!

To use this on an 80 Series, from the starter battery (front), to the rear wagon area, routed either under and through the vehicle, which length would you recommend? 6.5m or 8m?
